    Fluorescent Penetrant Testing Equipment System

    ZA-1227 systems are compact fluorescent penetrant inspection systems for batch and low volume inspection of small to medium size parts, including aerospace fasteners, automotive parts and surgical implant inspection.

    Three different system configurations are available, ZA-1227 for Method A for water washable penetrant testing has 5 stations, ZA-1227 for Method B post-emulsifiable, lipophilic has six stations and ZA-1227 for Method D post-emulsifiable, hydrophilic has seven stations.

    ZA-1633 systems are stand-alone fluorescent penetrant inspection systems for light volume inspection of small to medium size parts, including aerospace fasteners, automotive parts and surgical implant inspection.

    Three different system configurations are available, ZA-1633 for Method A for water washable penetrant testing has 6 stations, ZA-1633 for Method B post-emulsifiable, lipophilic has 8 stations and ZA-1633 for Method D post-emulsifiable, hydrophilic has 9 stations.
